Introducing the healthSAVE App, powered by MedAdvisor! We are thrilled to offer customers a free, personalised medication management tool that simplifies the process of managing your medications.
The healthSAVE App lets you consolidate all your prescriptions, paper and eScripts, and in a single, secure location. The app can prompt you with reminders to take your medication, refill and order your scripts, at a time that’s convenient for you. Choose to pick up your order from the pharmacy or have it delivered straight to your door or workplace.
If you are a caregiver, we have a Carer Mode to assist you! You can manage your loved ones medication on your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
To get started, download the MedAdvisor app from the App Store or Google Play, and then head to your favourite healthSAVE pharmacy to get your activation code.

Get daily dosage reminders:
With the medication reminder feature, you can receive notifications on your smartphone or tablet when it’s time to take your medication. These alerts are customised to indicate the specific medication that needs to be consumed and the time it is due.
This feature is available exclusively on mobile devices running on Apple or Android operating systems. You can personalise the reminders to occur daily, weekly, monthly, or annually, and choose from a range of short or long alert sounds.
Order prescription repeats anytime, anywhere:
Managing your medication has never been easier using the App. Order your prescription repeats in advance and collect them at your local HealthSAVE pharmacy. Plus, with the Snap-n-Send functionality in the app, you can conveniently send a photo of a new prescription to the pharmacy before your visit.
These features are only available on Apple and Android mobile devices, making managing your medication more accessible than ever before.
View latest prescriptions
Access a comprehensive and up-to-date list of all your medications, which is automatically updated every time a prescription is filled. Review detailed information about your prescription, including remaining refills, dosage instructions, supply details, and other relevant information.
Manage medication for your family with Carer Mode®:
Add and manage medication profiles for multiple family members with Carer Mode® on MedAdvisor. View medication details, reminders, and messages for each family member on the home screen. To get started, ask your pharmacist for activation codes for each family member you wish to add. Appropriate consent is required for each family member.
Never miss a refill with script reminders:
Get refill reminders and follow-up messages to notify you when your medication supply is running low and when you need to reorder. You can adjust the remaining days of supply or mark a medication as “Finished” if needed.
Manage your NDSS medications:
The healthSAVE App supports NDSS and Diabetes management through the app. Your NDSS products are displayed on your home screen together with your prescriptions. By entering your NDSS number, you can track all your items conveniently and pre-order them within the app. Learn how to activate NDSS and other Diabetes features in your MedAdvisor account.
How to get started with the app?
Step 1 – Download the MedAdvisor App via the App Store, Google Play, or access it from your web browser.
Step 2 – Visit your local healthSAVE pharmacy to obtain your FREE activation code.
Step 3 – Confirm your identity and upload your prescription.
You can choose to pick up from your local pharmacy or have your medication conveniently delivered to you.
